The Opportunity:

Fogarty’s Home Services is growing, and we are looking for a Residential Installer/Co-Foreman to join our team. If you are a high-level performer and you have the interest and ability to convey a passion for the Home Comfort, Energy & Insulation field, you will love this job.

 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner, including loading, transporting, and delivering material to job sites, and all energy related retrofit work

  • Maintain company material handling equipment in safe and good working condition

  •  Lift and carry material as needed

  • Perform labor on the job site, as necessary

  • Work effectively to meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining high-quality standards

  •  Keep assigned vehicle organized and clean

  • Track vehicle maintenance and alert management when maintenance is necessary

  • Maintain a clean driving record and abide by all transportation laws

  • Be mindful of parking work vehicles when on job site to avoid penalties

  • Must be able to work in the US 

Prerequisites include:

  •  A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  •  Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)

  • Two or more years of experience as an energy retrofit technician preferred

  • Two or more years of carpentry experience preferred

  • A high school diploma or equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience

  •  A neat, clean, and professional appearance

Job Type & Hours:

Full Time

  •  Average 40 hours per week (typically 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays)

  •  Overtime/weekend work, as needed

Earning Potential for the Residential Installer/Co-Foreman: 

With our hourly rate, overtime and bonus structure, our Residential Installer has the potential to earn $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on productivity.
