About Us

SOCCEROPOLIS is a unique, educational, energetic soccer program designed to provide year-round soccer classes, camps and soccer birthday parties for boys and girls ages 3 – 8 years old.
Children will learn the basic FUNdamentals of soccer such as: dribbling, trapping, passing, shooting, and play soccer games. This fast-paced soccer program helps each child build coordination, motor skills, balance and movement in a fun and safe environment. Our Socceropolis program understands the youth player and will bring out their confidence and creativity through lessons taught on the field as well as inspire a healthy and active lifestyle.
Coach Milton Ortega, Owner and Director, founded Socceropolis in 1997 in Santa Monica, California, and committed himself to teaching the most sought after sport in the world by focusing on developing the love for the game and learning through play. With over 40 years of personal playing experience and 25 years of youth coaching experience, his philosophy has always been to treat every child and their situation with patience, persistence, understanding and care.
Originally a Connecticut native, Coach Milton moved Socceropolis to the state in December 2015 when he married his childhood sweetheart who now works alongside him in a public relations capacity.
Socceropolis, LLC is fully licensed and insured in the State of CT, is a West Hartford Chamber member, and currently runs their soccer program, contractually, at the American School for the Deaf and Kingswood Oxford School, both in West Hartford.
