Maria Rose Authentic Italian Vodka Sauce was born at my Aunt Mary's kitchen table.
Growing up, I lived next door to my Aunt Mary, and every Sunday without fail, the whole family gathered at her house for spaghetti and meatballs. The noise, the laughter, the smell of sauce simmering on the stove — those were the best moments of my life. I am Latina and Italian, and that Sunday table was where both worlds came together. It was a simpler time. Not rushed. Just family, tradition, and real food made with love.
Today's families don't always get that. Life is busy, dinner is often grabbed on the go, and the ingredients in most store-bought sauces are loaded with sugar, sodium, and words you can't pronounce. I watched that Sunday tradition disappear for so many families — and I refused to let it go without a fight.
