About Us

Clutch uses the power of play to help real teams solve real problems in real time.

It is led by me, Sean Miller. I am a strategist and facilitator with over 20 years experience leading teams at creative ad agencies. After the pandemic I saw a problem. The mix of remote and on-site work made it harder for people to solve complex problems together. And when they were in the same room, they lacked a cohesive method to stay on track.

So in 2024, I became interested in real-time strategy workshops using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY (LSP) method and became a certified facilitator. Clutch combines LSP with my experience in brand and creative strategy.

I work with medium to large companies and nonprofit organizations. Here are a few scenarios that are perfect for working with Clutch:
