Build your strength, increase your muscular endurance, and enhance your bone strength in Billie’s Women’s Bootcamp class. This small, circuit style class is limited to 10 people, so you get 1-on-1 attention and form assistance from your Certified Personal Trainer, Billie.
All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend!
This seven-week series meets on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings beginning Tuesday, September 3rd and ending Saturday, October 19th.
