Reloveution invites Farmington Valley leaders* to a special community learning series designed to bring exceptional humans together to learn, laugh, eat, drink, and support each other after a hard year.Each gathering will include networking time, a learning segment, activity, and discussion on a specific theme related to leadership, and an opportunity to share a meal from a local restaurant!
* Leaders come in lots of forms. You might be a leader in title at work. But you also might be a formal or informal, current or emerging leader of/in a community, group, family, religious institution, or movement! You don't need to have any formal authority or influence to join us. You belong if you feel like something like this is for you!
STRUCTURE
Gatherings will held outdoors from 5:30-7:30pm in Simsbury, CT throughout the summer months. Each gathering will have its own leadership theme:
June 23- Leading with Authenticity
July 14 - Leading in the Face of Loss
August 11- Leading with Compassion and Trust
September 8- Leading with a Community Lens
COST & REGISTRATION
Each session has a recommended donation of $45 to cover the cost of food, drinks, and facilitation. Childcare is available by request.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
To ensure the safety of our participants, gatherings will comply with all CT state laws and recommendations from the CDC. The group will be limited to fifteen people and all activities will take place outdoors. In the case of rain or inclement weather, gatherings will be moved to be virtual.
