(SIMSBURY, CT) - Registration is open for Playhouse Theatre Academy’s first-ever Playcation Day—a brand-new program designed for when school’s out, and Playhouse Theatre Academy is in! Keep your child engaged during school breaks while inspiring confidence, collaboration, and 21st-century skills. Upcoming Playcation Days include: SUPERHERO SERIES—REAL-LIFE HEROES (AGES 5-8): MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, FROM 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Your kids will be thrilled to celebrate the real-life heroes who make our world a better place—firefighters, doctors, scientists, and so many more! Through hands-on activities, engaging stories, and fun games, they’ll uncover the incredible impact of these everyday champions. From crafting their own hero toolkits to tackling exciting challenges, your kids will be inspired to see how courage and heart can truly change the world! SUPERHERO SERIES—FICTIONAL HEROES (AGES 5-8): TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, FROM 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Get ready for an action-packed, inspiring day where your kids can channel their inner superheroes! They’ll explore legendary characters, create their own superhero identity and cape, and take part in exciting team challenges, all while building confidence and celebrating values like courage and kindness. Join us for two action-packed days of our Superhero Series and enjoy an automatic $25 discount when you book both! For "Playcation Days," we proudly offer Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up options, allowing you to drop off or pick up your child up to 30 minutes earlier and later— all for just $10 a day. Plus, interest-free payment plans, needs and merit-based scholarships, sibling/cousin discounts, and free trial classes (for new students) are available!
