For more than 30 years, Ben Bronz Academy, a West Hartford State of Connecticut approved special education private school, has been changing the lives of students with dyslexia and language-based learning differences. A small school of 45 students, Ben Bronz has a transformative effect on students who have felt unsuccessful academically in the past. Students with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, ADHD, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, Executive Function Disorder and mild Autism Spectrum Disorders find a community of understanding, respect and success at Ben Bronz Academy. With the desire to help more students, Ben Bronz Academy is now operated by the nonprofit Ben Bronz Foundation, Inc., and has moved its location to 11 Wampanoag Drive in West Hartford. Because the new building is larger, Ben Bronz Academy is looking forward to helping many more students! On Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 8 AM to 11 AM, the Academy will be sharing their specialized teaching, learning approaches, and educational community with parents, professionals, and prospective students at their Open House. The event will be held at Ben Bronz Academy on 11 Wampanoag Drive in West Hartford. The public is welcome! Come for an hour, come for the whole morning, but come and see what Ben Bronz Academy has to offer. Please call to RSVP at (860) 236-5807 or email info@benbronzacademy.org.
