Position Summary
The Sales & Project Support Consultant is responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth by helping homeowners improve their homes through exterior remodeling solutions.
This role is designed as a hybrid position where you will be responsible for actively pursuing, developing, and closing sales opportunities, while simultaneously providing critical project support and client follow-up to ensure operational excellence and high-quality fulfillment for the projects you secure.
This consultative position focuses on roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, gutters, insulation, porticos, and other exterior home improvements. You'll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, educate them on available products and services, assist with the preparation of customized proposals, and guide them through the sales process to completed contract.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations during regular business hours 8:00am to 4:00pm for company-generated leads (no cold calling required)

Inspect roofs, siding, windows, doors, decks, insulation and other exterior components

Recommend remodeling solutions based on customer needs and budget

Educate customers on products, materials, installation methods, and warranties

Support the development of detailed project proposals using company estimating software

Follow up on company-generated leads, referrals, and previous estimates

Develop new business through networking and community involvement

Maintain accurate customer records in the company CRM

Support production and operations teams through fulfillment

Represent Bartlett Brainard Products professionally throughout every customer interaction

Attend sales meetings, product training, and company events

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Qualifications

Residential remodeling or construction sales experience required

Knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, or general construction is required

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong closing and negotiation abilities

Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable using CRM software and estimating tools

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
