Truck and Treat at USJ

The University of Saint Joseph is holding this free event again on October 27^th from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.  At 6:30 PM, we will then show the movie “Hocus Pocus” on our outdoor 30 foot movie screen with good old fashioned hotdogs, pretzels, and similar snacks provided by our Sodexo culinary partners.

As in years past, we are inviting students, staff, and faculty, and the entire West Hartford community as well.  The event consists of a significant Touch a Truck style event in which each “vehicle” hands out candy and treats to participants as well as community safety merchandise / information when applicable.  We also have the first floor of one of our residence halls decorated while our college students hand out candy. Other similar festive events such as arts and crafts, pumpkin painting and more will occur as well. In addition to candy, we will have apple cider, cider donuts, hot chocolate, and other tasty treats available as well.

We open our doors welcoming all to join us. Please feel free to come in costume (children and adults alike!)
