About Wabi Sabi:
The restaurant is inspired by the principal of Wabi Sabi which speaks to the beauty in transience and an appreciation for impermanence- the very virtue of food that allows us to enjoy it again and again!
the partners traveled to Japan to study several dishes and develop the menu they now offer. The menu offers dishes made with ingredients that are carefully selected, including both locally sourced items and ingredients imported from Japan.
