Bark and Boo! In Elizabeth Park
Join us for Bark and Boo: a Halloween dog parade and costume contest! Registration begins at 10 a.m. followed by a parade around the Elizabeth Park Rose Garden at 10:30 a.m. Dog leashes are required.
- $15 in advance and on the day of the event
