DESCRIPTION:Connecticut Children's Foundation\, in partnership with Ball 4 a Cure\, invite you to channel your superpowers at the 3rd Edition Superhero Sunday 5K\, Kids Mile & Community Bash on April 27\, 2025 at Cove Park in Wethersfield\, CT!\n\n \n\nSuperhero Sunday is a family-friendly\, action-packed community event complete with superhero surprises\, adventure stations\, fun activities\, music and more. It celebrates truly remarkable superheroes - Connecticut Children's brave and courageous patients\, families and team members.  All 5K and Kids Mile participants will receive a finishers medal and participant t-shirt. Also every attendee will receive keepsake comic book to explore the event and immerse themselves in the fun.\n\n \n\nThis event raises critical funds for the Greatest Need Children's Fund at Connecticut Children's\, which allows us to meet the immediate medical\, emotional and social health care needs of our patients and their families. The Greatest Need Children's Fund does it all.\n\n \n\nCome run\, walk or roll with us! The 5K and Kids Mile course is fully paved and accessible for attendees of all abilities\, strollers and wheelchairs. \n\n \n\nCome experience the incredible community we are proud to serve.
