We are bakers\, designers and trainers\, but we can still fight for you! We can still feed you! \n\nWe've partnered with World Central Kitchen to keep the front lines fed! We are here to help! With you we serve. With you we fall down.\n\nIf you want to help...\n\nPlease join us Saturday\, March 26th at F45 Avon\, CT\n\n100% of the proceeds will go to the World Kitchen\n\nWant to help but don't know where to start? Join us Saturday\, March 26th\, to help us raise funds for the Ukrainian refugees!\n\nAbout this event\;\n\nWhen we saw the volunteer work Jamie McDonald of Bear's Smokehouse BBQ was doing in Poland for the Ukrainian refugees\, we knew we had to get involved! World Central Kitchen has created a new model for disaster relief helping devastated communities recover and establish resilient food systems and is first to the frontlines.\n\nThey are feeding hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing Ukraine with the help of volunteers!\n\n\n \n \n \n \n Seeing first-hand footage\, local Farmington Valley businesses and residents knew they wanted to help how they could to get others involved! You don't have to go to Poland to be a hero\, join our event to help get World Central Kitchen the supplies they need!\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n Ticket options -\n\n F45 Workout & Event $30 - This ticket will be for participating in the F45 workout prior to the event! ALL proceeds benefit WCK. After the event\, enjoy food\, beer\, desserts\, raffles and more!\n\n Event Admissions $20 - This ticket grants you access to all of the food\, beer\, desserts\, raffle and more! 100% of the proceeds go to WCK.\n\n Food will be sponsored by Bear's BBQ\, The Cake Gypsy\, Bela Vida\, Hopmeadow Brewing
