DESCRIPTION:Light Up with Color! Join us for a calming\, in-person\, adult coloring session where you can learn about the power of mindfulness through art! We will celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month and explore how coloring can help you relax and feel good mentally.\n\n\n\nAn assortment of individual coloring sheets\, collaborative coloring posters\, and tablets will be available for participants to experience coloring both on paper and in the Happy Color App! Colored pencils\, markers and other art supplies will be available\, and participants are welcome to bring their own preferred coloring utensils too. Snacks and beverages will be provided.\n\n\n\nRegistration is required.\n\n\n\nThis FREE event is generously supported by the Happy Color App and Mental Health America.
