SUMMARY:Honoring the Equinox- An Immersive\, Restorative Group Meditation
DESCRIPTION:We will honor the emergence of light and new beginnings together using the power of Reiki\, Guided Meditation and Vibration! This is a community event utilizing Reiki Healing Energy\, Crystal/Tibetan Bowls and sound instruments with gentle guided imagery.\n\nNo experience needed\, just a desire to release into relaxation and peace. Bring a mat or use an available chair.\n\nGina will present Reiki and Guided Meditation which alone is a powerful relaxation tool. By adding in Rio's sound/vibrations\, the room becomes infused with rejuvenating energy\, creating perfect environment to recharge and welcome new beginnings.\n\nThe full session will last an hour though there will be time for questions and comments. Please come 10 minutes early to find your comfortable space and settle in.  \n\n\n\nRegistration is requested so we may accommodate everyone interested.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions about the session or about the process of a group Reiki Session. \n\nParking will be out back\, at the very last building. Drive around until you reach the last parking area. Use the ramp entrance for easy access. You may also come in the front entrance and walk left all the way through to the Awakening Room.
