There is no admission charge and free parking is available.\n\n \n\nPotential business sponsors\, non-profit organizations\, craft vendors and volunteers who would like to be involved in this year's festival are encouraged to visit the website www.CelebrateWestHartford.com.\n\n \n\nOver the course of three decades the event has grown from a small community fair to an award-winning regional festival which attracts over 35\,000 visitors. Celebrate! West Hartford features a juried arts & crafts fair of more than 160 master artists selling one-of-a-kind pieces\; live music\; global cuisine\; amusement rides & games\; a 5K Road Race & Kids Fun Run\; as well as exhibitor booths where representatives from more than 100 area businesses\, community organizations\, clubs and town services are on hand to offer information and free activities.\n\n \n\nCelebrate! West Hartford is a not-for-profit event and proceeds benefit the Town That Cares and Leisure Services Scholarship Funds\, which offer year-round help to West Hartford residents in need. Each year over 70 businesses support the event\, either through sponsorship or in-kind donations\, and non-profit organizations have the opportunity to promote their important work. The event needs many adult and high school volunteers to fill over 400 hours of jobs during the course of the weekend.
