DESCRIPTION:Business Solutions in the World of COVID-19" will be a virtual event to allow a hearty discussion of ongoing challenges as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic. We'd like to hear feedback from our major industries and/or employers on ways the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce and Town of West Hartford can help support business continuity\, including what to do now and what to do next. This roundtable discussion will be hosted by the West Hartford Chamber's Economic Development Committee along with invited guests from the Town Council's Special Committee on Workforce and Economic Recovery\, allowing for business owners and community leaders to connect on important issues during this unprecedented time. \n\n \n\nThe roundtable will consist of one Chamber-member business representative from each of our major industries and/or major employers. Panelists are as follows: \n\nHealthcare- Hartford Healthcare\n\n \n\nManufacturing- Legrand North America - Vice President and General Manager   Wiremold Scott Bausch \n\nRetail- Fleet Feet   Owner Stephanie Blozy\n\nEducation- University of Saint Joseph-  President Rhona Free\n\nNon-profit- Future's Inc.   President & CEO Pamela DonAroma\n\nFitness- Lifer Fitness Studio   Owner Debra Fountain\n\nProperty Manager- RLM Co. -Owner Mike Mahoney  \n\nRestaurant   DORO Restaurant Group - COO Scott Miller\n\nHealth Care - Hartford HealtCare - Dr. Mitch McClure\n\nHome Improvement/Construction- West Hartford Lock   Eric Brown & Juri Kotowitz\n\n\n\n \n\nWe will plan on hearing opening remarks from each panelist (5-minutes per person)\, followed by questions which will be shared with panelists in advance. Questions will also be taken from virtual attendees as time permits.
